Paul is a native Nashvillian whose family has deep ties to the Mid-state. He moved from his hometown to pursue his college degree and landed his first real employment in New York City where he was mentored in the skills of writing, communicating and training; all skills that would serve him well He spent most of his adult life working in the publishing industry moving to a variety of cities along the East Coast. In 1997 he returned home and began to prepare the launch of his real estate career. As a respected broker, educator and trainer Paul works with a variety of customers and clients. Recently he has added distressed properties to his inventory of skills as he expects the long term real estate market will present tremendous opportunity for the well educated consumer.
